Investing in Our Children's Future
We invest in ethical companies, using our profits for children.
Company Name: Mothers' Investments Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Managing Director: Eri Ikka
Incorporation Date: 13 March 2015
We had joined 1000 Enterprises for Children-in-Need
as a Principal Enterprise. (2017)
Singapore is one of the most developed countries.
However, it still has children-in-need.
Some children are suffering from their parents'
unexpected accidents or diseases.
We hope our donation will be some help for the children.
We participated in Festival for Good hosted by raiSE
(The Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise).
Singapore has nurtured social enterprises through raiSE since 2015.
The event was a showcase for ethical companies in Singapore.
We showed our support with the purchase of their goods.
We have joined WFP (World Food Programme)
as one of the donors.
Every 1 minute, 5 children are losing their lives due to hunger in the world.
After the World War Ⅱ, Japanese children were struggling with hunger. During such a hard time, UNICEF (United Nations Children's Fund) and LARA (Licensed Agencies for Relief in Asia) kept providing school meals. Our director's parents were also ones of the beneficiaries. Behind UNICEF and LARA, there must have been a lot of people who kindly donated for the distant unknown children.
We hope WFP beneficiaries will become the donors in the future.
We contributed to Milk (Mainly I Love Kids) Fund.
Children can break out of their poverty cycle through higher education.
Milk Fund has provided bursaries for students who have difficulty paying for school fees, transportation costs, food during recess, uniforms and stationaries in Singapore.
Boys and girls, be ambitious !
